Terms and Conditions of RHYTHMITICA

Live Online Classes

1. Enrollment and Payment:
  • Rhythmitica Academy offers online classes accessible through your Student Panel upon enrollment.
  • Enrollment and payment must be completed through the website only.
  • All participants are required to join the class through the link provided by the Student Panel or directly emailed from Rhythmitica.
  • Various package options are available, with full payment required at the time of enrollment.
2. Missed Online Classes:
  • No refunds are provided for missed classes unless canceled or rescheduled by the Company or instructor.
3. Rescheduling:
  • Rescheduling is allowed if unable to attend a previously scheduled class.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time through the Student Panel.
  • Each student is permitted one rescheduling per 30-day period.
4. Canceling Online Classes:
  • Cancellation notices must be submitted through the Student Panel.
  • No refunds for any single session or packages less than 12 sessions.
  • Refunds are available only for packages with 12 sessions if canceled within 4 weeks of enrollment, minus a 10% non-refundable fee.
5. Temporary Suspension:
  • Temporary suspension requests must be made with at least 2 weeks notice through the Student Panel.
  • Requests made less than 2 weeks before the suspension date will be declined, and charges may apply.
6. Discount:
  • Referral discounts: Receive a 10% discount on your next course for every new student referral.
  • Student, refugee, or family learner discounts: Receive a 10% discount on packages.
  • Free consultation available to learn more about discount offers.
